1.     Her projeye katılacak öğrencilerin ailesinden veli izin formu alınır.

2.     Proje sayfalarında video veya fotoğraflar, öğrencilerin yüzleri görünmeyecek şekilde paylaşılır.

3.     Okul personelinin ve öğrencilerinin kişisel bilgileri sosyal medyada paylaşılmaz.

4.     Öğretmenler Youtube' a video eklerken "liste dışı" ayarı ile videoları yüklemelidirler.

5.     Öğrenciler, öğretmen tarafından belirlenen gün dışında okula tablet getiremezler.

6.     Her öğrenci için kullanıcı adı ve şifresi oluşturularak, öğrencilerin paylaşımlarını kendileri yapması sağlanır. Öğretmenler bu paylaşımları denetlemekle görevlidir.

7.     Öğrencilerin proje için çektikleri videolar öğretmenler tarafından denetlenir ve projeye eklenir.

8.     Öğrenciler okulda proje için sadece Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı denetimindeki internet ağını kullanabilirler.

9.     Okul içerisinde sadece öğretmenlerin kayıt cihazları kullanılır.

10.  Partnerlerle iletişim ve görüntülü iletişim öğretmenler tarafından belirlenir ve okul idaresinden izin alınarak gerçekleştirilir. Ayrıca proje çerçevesinde öğrenciler Twinspace üzerinden forumlarda konuşabilirler, bunların hepsi de proje yürütücüsü öğretmenler tarafından denetlenmektedir.

11.  Okulumuzda güvenli internet günü kutlanmaktadır.

12.  Güvenli internet günü çerçevesinde, Şubat ayının ilk haftasında velilere ve öğrencilere bilgilendirme toplantıları yapılır. Güvenli internet ile ilgili pano hazırlanarak her sınıfta bilgilendirme yapılır.

13.  Her veli toplantısında velilere e-güvenlik konusunda bilgi verilir.

14.  E-güvenlik politikamız Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından yayınlanan güvenli internet çerçevesi dahilinde oluşturulmuştur.

 

 RKARASI PRIMARY SCHOOL E-SAFETY POLICY

1. Parental permission form is taken from the parents of the students who will participate in each project.

2. Video or photos are shared on the project pages so that the faces of the students are not visible.

3. Personal information of school staff and students is not shared on social media.

4. Teachers should upload videos with the "unlisted" setting when adding videos to Youtube.

5. Students cannot bring tablets to school outside the day specified by the teacher.

6. The user name and password are created for each student and students are allowed to share their own information. Teachers are responsible for supervising these shares.

7. Videos taken by the students for the project are supervised by the teachers and added to the project.

8. Students can only use the internet network under the supervision of the Ministry of National Education for the project in the school.

9. Only teachers' recording devices are used in the school.

10. Communication with partners and video communication is determined by the teachers and carried out with the permission of the school administration. In addition, students can speak in forums through Twinspace, all supervised by project teachers.

11. Safe internet day is celebrated in our school.

12. In the first week of February, informative meetings are held for parents and students within the framework of secure internet day. A secure internet board is prepared and information is provided in each classroom.

13. At each parent meeting, parents are informed about e-security.

14. Our e-security policy has been established within the framework of secure internet published by the Ministry of National Education.
